2026年考試出題範圍如下：
1. 每個次專科 (分子病理及細胞病理除外)，75-100%的考題 (即8題中之6~8題)限定於以下三套書籍:

(1) Robbins, Cotrans & Kumar Pathologic Basis of Disease (目前最新版為11th edition)

(2) Rosai and Ackerman's Surgical Pathology (目前最新版為11th edition)

(3) WHO Classification of Tumours (印刷版; 目前最新版為5th edition for breast, CNS, hema, chest, GI, GU, GYN, ST & B, head & neck, pediatric, skin,  endocrine; 以及 4th edition for eye & orbit)

2. 至多可有25%考題超出上述範圍，限定於重要教科書 (包括上述教科書在甄試日期前一年的九月一日之後所出的新版) 或指標性的重要論文。
3. 分子病理的出題，限定於分子病理核心課程的講義內容。
