報告注意事項 Instructions for Presentations
- Case presentation time: 15 minutes for each case
- Firstly, the discussant gives comments and differential diagnosis about the case. (5 min)
- Secondary, the submitter gives the diagnosis. (5 min)
- Finally, general discussion. (5 min)
- Equipments are available only for PC-based presentation. Presentation files should be created using Microsoft PowerPoint preferentially for the Windows platform. Functions of those made by Macintosh will not be secured. Files should be carried by an appropriate storage medium such as USB flash drive to be easily handled at the reception counter.
- Presentation files upload:
- For case J-1, T-1, J-2, T-2, J-3: Please upload your slide at the reception counter between 08:30 – 08:50.
- For case T-3, J-4, T-4, J-5, T-5: Please upload your slide between 08:30 – 08:50 or between 10:25 – 10:45.
- Poster presentation will be held during 10:25 – 11:05 on October 28th. A display board giving a display area of approximately 90 cm (width) x 140 cm (height) will be provided for poster display. Push pins will be provided to all poster presenters at the congress. Staff will be available to assist you.
